Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions ("Agreement") of Astello in relation to the provision of all services. These terms shall be deemed accepted by our customers upon placing an order with us.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Client" means the individual or organisation placing an order with Astello;
• "Services" means the mobile app development, web development, and related services provided by Astello;
• "Project" means the specific work commissioned by the Client;
• "Deliverables" means all documents, products, and materials developed by Astello in relation to the Project.

Services

Astello provides senior mobile app development services including iOS, Android, and cross-platform development using modern technologies such as Flutter, React Native, and native development.

Project Scope

The scope of each Project will be defined in the project proposal or contract agreed between Astello and the Client. Any changes to the scope must be agreed in writing.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines will be estimated based on the project scope and complexity. Astello will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to the creative and technical nature of development work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Generally, we require:

• 50% deposit before work commences
• 25% upon completion of development phase
• 25% upon final delivery and approval

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the intellectual property rights to the Deliverables. Astello retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

Astello's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
